1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through painkiller.school, operated by Peera Lertsukittipongsa trading as Painkiller School. This Policy forms part of our Terms of Service.

2. Digital Products (Ebooks and Downloadable Content)

2.1 No-Refund Rule for Digital Products

All sales of Digital Products are final and non-refundable, subject only to the exception in Section 2.2 below.

By completing the purchase of a Digital Product, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• The Digital Product will be made available for immediate download or access upon payment confirmation;
• Delivery is deemed complete at the moment the download link or access credential is made available to you, regardless of whether you have actually downloaded or opened the file; and
• Because the digital content is considered consumed upon delivery, you waive any right to a refund based on change of mind, dissatisfaction with content style or format, or failure to use the product within any given period.

Your statutory rights for defective or misdescribed goods under the Civil and Commercial Code are not excluded.

2.2 Exception: Defective or Misdescribed Products

We will issue a full refund if:

• The Digital Product file is technically defective (e.g., corrupted, incomplete, or inaccessible) and we are unable to provide a functioning replacement within 5 business days of your report; or
• The Digital Product is materially misdescribed on the Platform.

To request a refund under this exception, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase with your order confirmation number and a description of the defect. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

2.3 Free Email-Gated Downloads

No monetary refund is applicable to Ebooks obtained at no charge through the email-gate download flow. If you receive a defective or corrupted file, contact us for a working replacement link.

3. Workshop Bookings

3.1 Full Refund Window

You are entitled to a full refund of the Workshop booking fee if you cancel at least seven (7) clear calendar days before the scheduled Workshop date.

3.2 No Refund Within 7 Days

No refund will be issued for cancellations received within 7 calendar days of the scheduled Workshop date. There is no entitlement to a credit note, refund substitute, or any other form of compensation for late cancellations. In exceptional circumstances, we may, entirely at our own sole and absolute discretion and on a strictly case-by-case basis, consider issuing a credit note. No credit note will be issued automatically.

3.3 Transfers

You may transfer your Workshop booking to another person at no charge, provided you notify us at [email protected] at least 3 calendar days before the Workshop date.

3.4 Cancellation by Peera Lertsukittipongsa

If we cancel a Workshop for any reason, we will notify all booked participants by email and offer either a full refund or a transfer to the next available session. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days. We are not liable for any travel, accommodation, or other expenses you may have incurred.

4. Refund Processing

• Stripe payments (credit/debit card): refunded to the original card within 10 business days on our side, plus any time required by Stripe and your card issuer.
• Thai bank transfer / PromptPay: refunded to the originating account. We will contact you by email to confirm the destination before processing.
